Thursday 18: Pop Culture Quiz

Hey POP heads, today we have a quiz set for you on pop culture!
Hope you like it!

Q1. In July 2015, when Assembly Member Darren Millar formally asked the Economy Minister Edwina Hart about the Welsh Government's policy funding research into sightings of UFOs at Cardiff Airport, a press officer in the Minister's office issued a written reply which was translated as: "The minister will reply in due course. However this is a non-devolved matter."
In which language was the reply drafted?

c.) Klingon

Q2. Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who died Friday at 87 from metastatic pancreatic cancer, became a pop culture icon in 2013 — thanks, in part, to her fiery dissents on the bench.
Her impassioned disagreement of the court’s decision in 2013 Shelby County v. Holder decision sparked the "__________________" Tumblr page and meme — comparing Ginsburg to rapper Biggie Smalls who is known by a similar alias. The nickname spawned a slew of merch, including “RBG” Halloween costumes, coffee mugs, T-shirts, tattoos, children’s books and so-called “dissent collar” necklaces mirroring the flashy neckwear Ginsburg donned to jazz up her black robes.
She admitted in 2016 to having “quite a large supply” of "_________________” T-shirts, which she said she gave out as gifts.
Fill in the blank(s).

b.) Notorius R.B.G.

Or 17 million years to be exact. The X is played around 270 million times globally every month on desktops and mobiles. Q4. The Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) got their campaign underway with a game against the Sunrisers Hyderabad in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) on Monday 21 September. They decided to hand a debut to youngster Devdutt Padikkal who opened. The decision turned out to be a good one for the franchise as the left-hander played some delightful strokes on his way to a stunning half-century.
What *caption* did RCB use to describe the picture of Devdutt Padikkal winning the Cred Power Player award which might remind you of an Oscar winning movie with multiple remakes, including in Bollywood?
