1. While White House is well known as the seat of President of the United States, there also exists a magnificently named "Pink House" (no, not in the Pink City). It acts as the Office for the president of which country. 

2. 
It is a historic temple, which was constructed in 1936 by freedom fighter Babu Shiv Prasad Gupta and was inaugurated by Mahatma Gandhi. The temple is built on the campus of Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, in Varanasi. Identify the presiding entity of this Temple.


3. This now familiar lovable figure first made his appearance way back in 1946, when Bobby Kooka a Commercial Director and Umesh Rao, an artist with J.Walter Thompson Ltd., Mumbai, together created this.

5. The origins of X can be traced to the 1828 presidential campaign of Andrew Jackson. During that race, opponents of Jackson called him a jackass. However, rather than rejecting the label, Jackson, a hero of the War of 1812 who later served in the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate, was amused by it and included an image of the animal in his campaign posters. Jackson went on to defeat incumbent John Quincy Adams.

However, it was in the 1870s, influential political cartoonist Thomas Nast helped popularize the X as a symbol. 

Identify X, arguably one of the most featured symbol in USA, especially during Presidential elections.
